Returns & Exchanges

14-day return window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

How to return

1. Email info@rucini.co with your order number.
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and a prepaid Pos Laju return label.
3. Repack the item securely and drop it off at any Pos Laju branch.
4. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

For a size or colour exchange, note the requested variant in your return email. We'll ship the replacement free of charge once your return is received.

Non-returnable items

• Sale items marked "Final Sale"
• Personalised or monogrammed pieces
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags

Faulty items

If your RUCINI arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a full refund, replacement, or repair at our cost. All RUCINI pieces are covered by a 6-month manufacturing warranty.
